To achieve best results, ensure you use with the comb facing outward.

The reason “brushing” hair may not deliver the best results is because your hair needs to be against the plate. 

That is where the heat is located, not the comb.

This allows your hair to be right up to the roots with the comb facing outward.

Your hair needs to be put into the comb and held against the plate.

Please DO NOT use mousse or anything similar. No hair product should be used when using our product. As other products interfere with results.

You MAY comb sections of hair before using our product to maximize results.

Also, there is a particular temp that is best suited for your hair type or length.

Please ensure you have selected the correct temperature for your hair length and type.

Wait for the ring//comb to completely cool down. Usually, there is not much hair left in the ring/comb. However, you may use a damp cloth and wipe it down. Or just a cloth.
