Shipping Information

Shipments are made throughout Europe and North America.

Delivery times vary depending on the area, courier, acts of nature and holiday season.

Deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays may be excluded.

Our priority is to ensure your order arrives securely and as quickly as possible.

Purchases in Europe, may use trackable GLS or Amazon Logistics shipping.

For purchases in North America, we have partnered with: USPS, FedEx, UPS and Amazon Warehouse Logistics for the fastest shipping methods available.

Please understand that any purchase made North America will be delivered using one of the above mentioned shipping partners with trackable delivery.

North America & US Shipping:

Orders placed in the US before 11.00 am EST (Monday-Friday) with "standard tracked shipping" may be received by the courier the same day or within 3 business days. It may be delivered within 2-7 business days. 

This is NOT guaranteed: this is depending on the amount of work of the courier themself, outside "busy season" (see below) it may reach a maximum of 7 business days due to Covid-19 or other external factors.

Orders placed in the US after 11.00 am EST on Friday, with "standard tracked shipping" may be sent to the courier the next business day (Monday) and the first updates on the tracking code will begin in 1-3 business days.

Orders may be delivered in 2-7 business days.

This is NOT guaranteed: this is depending on the amount of work of the courier themself, outside "busy season" (see below) it may be a maximum of 7 business days due to Covid-19 or external factors.

The processing times on average are 1-3 business days during business week and excluding weekends or holidays.

When your order is entrusted to the courier for shipment you will receive a tracking code to keep track of your package until delivery.

Europe & Italy Shipping:

Orders placed in Italy before 11.00 am EST (Monday-Friday) with "Trackable GLS shipping" may be received by the courier in 1-3 business days and may be delivered within 2-7 business days.

This is NOT guaranteed: this is depending on the amount of work of the courier, outside "busy season" (see below) it may reach a maximum of 7 business days due to Covid-19 or other external factors.


Orders placed in Italy after 11.00 am EST on Friday, with "Trackable GLS shipping" may be sent to the courier in 1-3 business days and you may see the first updates on the tracking code beginning on Tuesday.

They will then be delivered in 2-7 business days.

The shipment should include a tracking code. On average, wait 1-3 business days to see updates on the tracking code.

Two emails are sent: one immediately after paying for the order (order confirmation email) and one as soon as the package is shipped (order fulfillment email), we invite you to check the spam box (often the emails end there).

You are able to cancel the order without any penalty! However, it is necessary to cancel the order within 2 hours after creating it. All you have to do is send us an email to support@yourluxuryhair.com with the subject "CANCEL". If the item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order until it arrives. You will have to refer to our return policy procedures to receive a refund.

Orders placed before 11 am EST with Free "Tracked Standard Shipping" will be received by the courier in 1-3 business days and delivered in 4-12 business days.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with each customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. The costs for returning the order in such cases will be billed to the customer. Also, our shipping time is not guaranteed yet due to Covid-19, the maximum time is 21 business days.

LuxuryHair™️ is not responsible for the destination country tax and / or tax that may be incurred. Customers will be held responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other taxes levied by the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and ...

Customs refuses to accept the package.


No attempt is made in the destination country to deliver the package.


The Customer refuses to accept the package.


The courier delivers the package to the local post office.


The parcel is delivered from the tracking code.


LuxuryHair™️ reserves the right to abandon the order and will not be responsible for any refunds.

1. The holiday season is a "busy season" which means it is rush hour (like Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas). Your shipping order may face delays.

Please plan accordingly and place your orders in advance.
